21. Lash appointments, training courses, and cancellations
Non Refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment.

The amount paid will be deducted from the final price of the required treatment.
We reserve the right to cancel your appointment without giving any reason.
In the case of training courses - a refund of the deposit is possible if we are informed about the change of plans not later than 14 days before the date agreed with the trainer. If it is a 1-2-1 course, it is possible to change the date individually agreed with the trainer.

21.1 In the event of a last-minute cancellation of scheduled treatment, defined as a cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, the client will be charged 50% of the treatment price.
​The purpose of this policy is to compensate for the inconvenience caused by the late cancellation, as it may result in the inability to fill the appointment slot with another client.

Notification of Cancellation: Clients must notify the service provider of any cancellations by communicating with the service provider through the agreed-upon communication channels.
